Job Description.D. Byrider Jr. Sales Consultant supports and partners with the Sales and Finance teams to drive business for the store they are assigned. They will build rapport with our customers while scheduling appointments, taking applications and conducting follow up calls. The Jr. Sales Associate will become knowledgeable about JD Byrider and all phases of the business at a company store. The objective of the role is to drive appointments, applications and sales (10% increase in store sales) for the assigned store and internally develop and train talent to build a pipeline for our future growth needs within Sales and CNAC. Essential Duties and Responsibilities in Key Result Areas include the following: Sales/Operations Sets and achieves a daily and monthly number of sales prospects, phone calls and number of appointments/applications.Conducts cold calls to potential new customers that are provided within the Discover SystemSchedules an additional 15 appointments/week for the storeConducts "Sold" phone calls to follow up with our new customersHandle all incoming phone calls with the utmost professionalism.Assist the Sales Consultant with any additional tasks that presents the customer with a seamless transition through the processAssist the Sales team with any additional task to quickly and effectively complete the application and approval processDrive vehicles as needed to present them to our customers and to keep our front line full and impactful Sales and Customer Service Understands how the JD Byrider and CNAC Finance Operations work and is able to explain it to customers in everyday terms.Ability to overcome objections presented by the customer while maintaining and building rapport.Make every customer feel welcome with a professional greeting.Create a lasting good impression by looking, acting, and speaking in a professional manner.Focus on the customer by asking questions, listening and determining their needs.Build rapport with every customer to find out more about each customer and investigate their current needs.Seeks ways to maximize the customer's investment while maintaining affordability while enabling the customers to advance.Treats each customer with courtesy and respect. Administration Knows and uses CNAC document procedures.Knows and uses computer procedures such as Sales Control.Able to perform a sales application through the Sales Control Module.
