Our company motto is A cents € oeBe Great - Have Fun,A cents € and we truly believe that we embody that on a daily basis.JOB DESCRIPTIONDevelop skills and knowledge to become a Regional Sales ManagerA cents - S This position is designed to equip the candidate with the skills, knowledge and ability to move into the position of Regional Sales Manager and take responsibility for specific territoriesAnalyze sales reports and recommend solutionsA cents - S Understand why a certain customerA cents € (TM) s sales are up or down and recommend changes to strategyA cents - S Analyze and identify trends in markets or territories to develop actionable plans and objectivesAssist with customer sales callsA cents - S Work with Regional Sales Managers to meet with customers and present products and programsA cents - S Understand and implement a sales and marketing strategy in a variety of geographies for different markets and customer typesA cents - S Travel to different locations as needed to meet with customers and prospectsSpecial ProjectsA cents - S Manage or assist on special projects related to customers, products, or marketsA cents - S Projects include marketing, sales strategy, customer development, product introductions, market research, and new market entryPresent products and programs to customers and prospectsA cents - S Learn how to present products and programs and be able to follow specific strategiesA cents - S Be knowledgeable about the features, benefits and inner workings of 500+ productsTRAINING FOR FUTURE SUCCESSA cents - S This program is designed to equip you with the skills and experience necessary to be an effective Regional Sales Manager within Tolco Corporation.A cents - S This program is a 6 month training period where you will interact with different departments within Tolco and work with sales managers to develop sales knowledge to meet with customers independently.OPERATIONAL ROTATIONSpend time with each department to understand their functions, challenges, and what our capabilities are. This will be important to know when interacting with customers.A cents - S Rotate through the different departments within Tolco to gain hands on experience and an understanding of how everything fits together.A cents - S Areas on the rotation will be warehouse/dock, packaging, art, imprinting, quality control, traffic and ITACCOUNTING & CUSTOMER SERVICE ROTATIONThe customer service department is often the first point of contact between our customers and Tolco, and it is important to understand how we interact with customers on the front line.A cents - S Spend time with customer service to understand who our customers are, what their needs are, and how we interact with themA cents - S Learn about tracking orders, answering customer questions, solving problems, helping with orders and researching background information on accountsA cents - S Accounting topics include the customer set up process, invoicing, billing, collections, incentive programs and moreSALES ROTATIONTolco is a sales driven organization, and this is one of the most important components of our business.
