The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for community management, social media listening and editorial calendar management. This includes but is not limited to copy writing, creative drafting, email campaigns, display ads, etc.
:Campaign development: align with marketing calendar and identified opportunities, internal and external (e.g. optimize Base Accrual / Marketing Development Funds (MDF))
:Manage customer retention and re:activation marketing strategies:
:Paid Campaigns (Display, PLAs, AdWords)
:Owned Campaigns (Email, Microsite, SEO)
:Earned Programs (Social, UGC, and Communities)
:Work in conjunction with marketing team to develop strategic initiatives for effective multi:channel marketing plans and customer satisfaction programs
:Manage and responsible for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts
:Manage direct response marketing on libbey and other dotcom partner sites
:Perform competitive research to be well informed of industry standards and competitor programs
Community (Microsites and Social Marketing Sites):
:Analyze and track community sites performance reports
:Work in conjunction with internal team, vendors and partner companies to develop strategic initiatives for effective multi:channel marketing plans
:Manage all social marketing efforts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter
:Support online creative components
:Manage online advertising
Requirements and Qualifications:
:3:5 years of experience in digital marketing
:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
:Detailed knowledge of ecommerce and digital marketing disciplines
:Knowledge of or willingness to learn principles of ACOS and AMZ:specific ad programs
:Functional knowledge of email marketing principals including targeting and campaign analytics
:Detailed knowledge of web user tracking and analytics
:Experience with using, content management software
:Excellent Working knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
:Strong familiarity with Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media networks
