Do you have an extensive knowledge of computing products, a knack for retail sales, and are comfortable interacting directly with consumers? If so, we'd like to hear from you. CCS Brand Ambassadors are the Faces of Top Brands! Description: Increase overall awareness and advocacy of our clientA cents € (TM) s anti-virus products through in store associate engagements and training. Conduct planned visits to assigned retail stores at variable frequency Requires travel to multiple assigned locations during a given work week (Mon-Fri Only) Effectively communicate/educate retail associates on the benefits and features of our clientA cents € (TM) s products. Be a credible Product and Brand expert, educating on the benefits and features of our clients products to confidently recommend appropriate solution for activation. Distribute or Install and maintain POP material when needed. Promote and increase engagement in clients E-Learning modules on the Cyberscholar/Learning Lounge platform. Build and maintain strong relationships with store management Provide associate training sessions when appropriate or requested by retailer Deliver results of key performance indicator expectations to achieve specified sales goals Actively listen to associates feedback and apply knowledge of product to comfortably overcome objections. Complete daily location specific call reports to communicate visit accomplishments, feedback and insights. Requirements: PC / Software or Related Experience Strongly Preferred Must have local market knowledge Outgoing personality, positive attitude Confidence in speaking in front of a group of people for tradeshows, trainings, etc. Be able to communicate effectively Field marketing and promotional or training experience is a plus. Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
