We are a rapidly:growing Property Management Company with an immediate opportunity for a SUPER STAR Leasing Consultant to join our team at our community in Toledo, Ohio.

Our Leasing Agents are the first impression of the property and must present a level of professionalism and unparalleled customer service. Your objective is to positively guide potential residents through the entire move:in process. This is accomplished through answering phones and persuading prospective residents to visit the property in a friendly and professional manner, as well as, consistent and timely follow:up calls and emails to prospective and/or current residents, conducting property tours and working with the potential resident to complete their application.
Job Requirements
*Prior apartment leasing experience preferred but not required.
*Prior commission sales experience required
*Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills.
*Demonstrated ability to work effectively with common Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel and Outlook); must be internet Savvy and able to market efficiently on the Internet.
*High energy and creative with the ability to create marketing material to include flyers, mailers, banners etc.
*Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co:workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff.
Strong passion for delivering top:notch service to help ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention possible.
*High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
*Dependable and punctual with flexibility to work weekends.
As the first impression of the community, it is important for the Leasing Consultant to understand the value of providing strong customer service, effective sales techniques and how to overcome objections. This position offers a competitive salary with a strong commission plan, plus full benefits.
