*What You will do*
This is a dual role position. A percentage of your time will be spent on office administration duties and tasks. The rest will be spent on material handling and inventory control.

Tracking salary PTO
Prevailing Wage
Certified Payroll / Statement of Compliance / CCIP & OCIP (reporting)
Office Supply Ordering
COI Certificates of Insurance requests
Uniform ordering
Check Requests & Vendor Setup
Answer Phones & Front Door
Perform other duties as directed
Looking for candidates that have specialized in one or more of the following areas.
AP Accounts Payable
EH&S Environmental Health and Services
Fleet Management
Material Handling / Inventory Control
Receive PO s Service
Order Job Specific Forms
Quarterly Cycle Count of perpetual Electronic Inventory
Annual Physical Inventory Full count of Electronic and Suppression Products
Facility Maintenance Coordination
Ship and receive material daily.
Keep warehouse organized and conduct daily EHS Warehouse visual inspection
Maintains all shipping and receipts logs.
Mail Receive and Log Checks that arrive at district
Records management Maintain Iron Mountain Records
Shred Service Coordinate Shred Pickups and Collections
Key Control Office Keys and Vehicle Keys (coordinate with Fleet Specialist)
Coordinates all RMA requests, processes and credit return to TSP or vendors for Excess, Warranty, or Repair material.
Maintain & monitor inventory integrity.
Assist Material coordinator where needed.
Perform other duties as directed. appropriate processes to protect District assets from damage, theft and loss.
*What we look for
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in extreme multi-tasking and prioritization a must.
Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Outlook.
Previous Inventory Control experience
Previous experience in accounts payable
Must be detailed oriented and organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be customer service oriented
Previous Fleet management experience.
