Renhill Group is an educational substitute staffing firm that places teachers, educational aides, paraprofessionals, secretaries, custodians, etc. into school systems throughout mainly Northwest and Northeast Ohio. A Bachelor's Degree is required to be a substitute teacher (along with other requirements) but no degree is needed to be an educational aide. We offer some FT aide positions as well. Substitute work is considered part-time on-call work, but the more districts/schools/subjects you are open to working, the more jobs you will be able to get. You can easily be working M-F!
