Ref ID: 03420-0010275648Classification: Customer ServiceCompensation: $11.00 to $12.00 per hourWe are working with a great company in downtown Toledo that is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 6-9 month temporary, possible temporary to hire position. This role is Monday-Friday 9a-5p, working 35 hours a week. This is a Member Services/Customer Service position that would support the team replying to email messages from customers as well has problem solve through an online ticketing system, minor telephone contact. Candidate will proofread communications to ensure accuracy, answers questions over email, so stellar written communication skills are required. Customers will be calling in if they are having problems with the company's website or survey on that website. Candidate needs to have good decision making skills, strong customer service skills, ability to work at a fast pace, manage multiple systems and excellent problem solving skills.
