CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Job Description DEPARTMENT:Branch Operations REPORTS TO:Branch Manager JOB SUMMARY: Support the office in the daily operation of the branch office. Performs necessary branch collection activities as a means of minimizing losses. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide good customer and dealer serviceSolicit for personal loan renewalsPrepare and process personal loan applicationsClose approved personal loansAssist in maintaining the order and integrity of the loan foldersAssist in maintaining insurance filingPerform collection activities on delinquent accounts, by both written and telephone communicationCompliance with all state, federal and Company collections requirementsAssist in transporting repossessed automobiles for disposalEnsure all repossession activities are in compliance with Company policies and proceduresReceive loan payments and post to customer accountsAssist in maintaining cash drawer accuracy and securityPrepare and handle office depositsAssist in branch record-keeping requirementsAssist with the development and training of all new personnel IND2 JOB REQUIREMENTS:Prior experience with customer service. Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations. Ability to obtain license to sell insurance (in applicable states). Valid state driver's license and acceptable driving record. Access to reliable transportation for use in employment. Computer literate. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Higher Education preferred
