Job Description
Customer Service Manager
Dynamic, rapidly:growing and expanding Building Automation Controls Company needs your customer service expertise to contribute to the strategic development of this organization.
You will be responsible for communicating and leading directly all field service employees related to their assignments. You will also be providing excellent service to current customers by properly managing office communications and inventory control. In addition, you will also be responsible for supervisory and field audit duties that will include limited work on customer site.
An excellent Customer Service Manager is required to have Five (5) plus years of customer service and supervisory experience. In addition you must possess great communication skills and can lead and motivate. The goal is to achieve and drive excellent performance form your team that will bring sustainable business growth. If you have a positive customer service and goal oriented attitude, are self:actuating, detailed oriented and possess strong interpersonal phone skills you may qualify for this position.
Essential Responsibilities:

:
Responsible to lead and direct the field personnel service team
:
Provide administrative support to the service team
:
Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
:
Perform supervisory and audit duties in the field
:
Responsible for parts sales and purchase
:
Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback
:
Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
:
Manage vendor and customer relations
:
Ensure adherence to policies for attendance and established procedures
:
Ensure and maintain the price for product and services based on the price margin guidelines
:
Produce and issue all required reports, documents and operating records
:
Other functions as directed by management.

Essential Qualifications:

:
Five (5) plus years documented successful customer service experience in a management position for a Building Automation firm
:
Experience with HVAC equipment, electrical and power monitoring equipment, lighting control equipment is highly desired.
:
Proficient in English; good knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
:
Working knowledge of MS Office
:
Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
:
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
:
High School Diploma or GED Required
:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering is preferred
:
Valid Drivers License
