Major responsibilities include but are not limited to instruction of the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Mgt. Program curriculum in the culinary arts lab and lecture setting, providing assistance for the planning, development and maintenance of program curriculum, provide course data required for Program Outcomes Assessment initiative and work with the Program Chair as advisor to Program students. Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts /Occupational Studies with preference given to candidates with a Bachelor's Degree. Current NRAEF ServSafe Food Protection certification required. Minimum of three years of industry experience. Documented expertise in subject area(s) as demonstrated by diploma, transcript, certification, resume and/or personal interview. Subject areas include: Baking & Pastry Arts, Quantity Food Production, Garde Manger, Catering & Buffet Operations, Advanced Food Production.
